The patented Farrow Flow® insert is designed to improve your existing dry blast system. When inserted into the airline, the air is directed in a helical pattern creating a vortex which picks up the media creating an optimal mix at the end of the nozzle giving you a 25% or more wider spread. This means less time, lower pressure, lower media, and fuel consumption, and easier on your operator!

The patented Farrow Flow® insert is designed to improve your existing blast cabinet. Any make or model is improved by inserting this revolutionary device into the 5/8″ airline of your cabinet air flow to the gun. Instead of traditional straight-line air, a vortex pattern is created by the insert which picks up the media creating an optimal mix at the end of the nozzle and providing you at least a 25% wider spread. This means more work in less time using 25% less abrasive.

The same principles of fluid dynamics that improve the blasting process provides 25% or more improved transfer efficiency in HVLP and Powder Coating guns. This lowers paint and powder consumption, speeds application time and provides a more even coating due to the spinning action of the air. Our painters tell us it more efficiently gets into the tough faraday areas where straight line air flow cannot reach while it helps to eliminate the rails that can occur when spraying.
